全周长阀座密封
Perimeter Seat Seal

　　平坦的闸板底部与阀座之间能够实现全周长阀座密封，避免阀座出现可能淤积流体介质、妨碍阀门完全关闭的底部洞隙。这种全周长阀座结构能够实现任何方向的气泡级密封关闭效果。
　　The flat bottom gate provides full perimeter seating against the seat, eliminating pocket in the bottom of the seat that can trap process media and prevent the valve from fully closing. The perimeter seat design gives bubble tight shutoff in either direction.

锁定在阀体内的阀座

　　周长阀座锁定在阀体内的下部尾槽上，并且采用金属线嵌入件进行进一步的加固。
　　The perimeter seat is locked into the body dove tail groove and is further retained by a metal wire insert.

材质的选择
Choice of Materials

　　重型铸造阀体材质可选择304，316或317不锈钢（如果需要，也可提供其他合金钢）。抛光的底部闸板材质也可以是不锈钢。有三种弹性阀座材料（EPDM, NBR和FKM）以及两种密封填料可供选择。标准配置的上部结构材质是304不锈钢。也可提供耐腐蚀缸体结构材料作为被选项。
　　The heavy duty cast body is available in 304, 316 or 317 stainless steel (other alloy on application). The finish ground gate is also stainless steel. Three options for resilient seat materials (EPDM, NBR and FKM) and two packing options are available. The standard super structure is 304 stainless. Corrosion resistant cylinder construction is also available as an option.

Choice of Actuator and Accessories

　　DeZurik Bi-Directional Knife Gate Valves may be equipped with handwheel, chainwheel, bevel gear, cylinder (pneumatic and hydraulic) or electric motor actuator. A full compliment of accessories is available.
