Valve Testing & Bolting Limits

美国太平洋阀门

  所有美国太平洋阀门在出厂之前都经过全面的质量保证管理和一系列的检测程序。下面是对于所有阀门进行的标准检测程序的简单介绍,对于用户要求的备选检测程序和其它特殊检测程序,也相应进行简单介绍。
  All Pacific valves are subjected to an extensive quality assurance and testing program prior to shipment. Below is a brief description of standard testing performed on all valves as well as optional tests and other special requirements which may be performed at the customer’s request.

标准检测程序
Standard Testing

  壳体检测—所有阀门都经过流体静力学壳体检测,根据ANSI B16.34和MSS SP-61的标准,最低检测压力为在37oC温度下,额定压力的1.5倍。
  Shell Test—All valves are hydrostatically shell tested at a minimum of 1.5 times the 100oF rated pressure for the pressure class in accordance with ANSI B16.34 and MSS SP-61.
  阀座压缩检测—所有压力密封阀门的阀座都经过流体静力学检测,根据ANSI B16.34和MSS SP-61的标准,最低检测压力为在37oC温度下,额定压力的1.1倍。所有螺栓阀帽阀门的阀座都经过气压检测,根据API-598标准,最低检测气压为80 psig.
  Seat Closure Test—All pressure seal valve seats are hydrostatically tested at a minimum of 1.1 times the 100oF rated pressure for the pressure class in accordance with ANSI B16.34 and MSS-SP-61. All bolted bonnet valve seats are tested with air at a minimum of 80 psig in accordance with API-598.

 

备选检测程序
Optional Testing

  API检测—如果用户指定,阀门可以按照API-598标准进行检测。
  API Testing—When specified, valves can be tested in accordance with AP1-598.
  煤油检测—对于特殊应用的阀门,如果用户指定,美国太平洋阀门可以采用煤油代替水对阀门进行流体静力学壳体和阀座压缩检测。
  Kerosene Testing—When specified for special service valves, Pacific Valves can perform hydrostatic shell and seat closure testing using kerosene in lieu of water.
  高压氮检测—对于特殊应用,如果用户指定,阀门可以采用氮进行全负荷工作压力检测。
  High Pressure Nitrogen Testing— When specified for special service, valves can be tested to the full working pressure with nitrogen.
  软化水—对于特殊阀门,如果用户指定,可以采用软化水进行清洗和流体静力学壳体和弹簧压缩检测。
  Demineralized Water—When specified for special valves, demineralized water may be used for cleaning and hydrostatic shell and closure testing.

 

特殊要求
Special Requirements

  外观检测—所有铸件都满足MSS-SP-55标准的要求。
  Visual Testing—All castings meet the requirements of MSS-SP-55.
  无破坏性检测—如果用户要求,美国太平洋阀门可以对阀门部件进行X射线照相、磁颗粒或液态染色渗透探伤等检测。
  Non-Destructive Testing—Pacific Valves can perform radiographic, magnetic particle or liquid dye penetrant examination of valve components when specified.
  材料证书—如果用户要求,可以提供主要阀门部件完整的化学和物理特性资料。
  Material Certification—When specified, complete chemical and physical properties of major valve components can be supplied.
