Sample Emgineering Specification

　　所有执行机构球阀应该是PVC或CPVC材质结构阀门并配置直接安装电动执行器。阀门应该是真活接类型，压力额定值应该是235 psi @ 23oC（对于法兰连结的阀门是150 psi），带锯齿螺纹活接头螺母，PTFE材质阀座，Safe-T-Shear®阀杆，EPDM或Viton®材质O形环，承插、螺纹或法兰连接端口。执行器应该是直接安装，配置无刷单向1/4转电机，并配置可视开启/关闭位置指示器。执行器外壳应该是抗风雨耐腐蚀（NEMA 4X）并采用316不锈钢紧固件，并由美国斯毕尔制造公司制造。
　　All actuated ball valves shall be PVC or CPVC construction with direct mount electric actuator. Valve shall be True Union type, pressure rated to 235 psi @ 73oF (150 psi for flanged), with buttress threaded union nuts, PTFE seats, Safe-T-Shear® Stem, EPDM or Viton® O-rings, and socket, threaded or flanged end connections. Actuator shall be direct mount, with brushless non-reversing quarter turn motors and built in visual open/close position indicator. Actuator housing shall be weather proof and corrosion proof (NEMA 4X) with type 316 stainless steel fasteners, as manufactured by Spears® Manufacturing Company.
