性能：

  • 电热水加热器是一种将冲洗水温度提升180oF（100oC）的非常紧凑、100%高效最经济的方式。最小限度的贮水容积意味着能够提供即热式热水，而不是预热的热水，没有水温滞后现象，在水温加热上不需要浪费时间，不需要浪费电能已弥补贮水式热水器的热量损耗。在洗碗机运转时才打开电热水加热器，在电能消耗上最经济实惠。可以安装在台面下，充分利用有限的空间。电热水加热器可以安装在台面下的滑动支架上，或靠6英寸可调节柱脚支撑的自由安装。电热水加热器甚至可以满足大型商用洗碗机的需求。

　　所要订购的热水器是美国百来福热水器，容积不小于________________加仑／公升，最小输入功率是____________KW，最小热效率是每小时产生____________加仑／公升、温度上升幅度为100oF (56oC)的热水。它能够与其它热水器并用，也可以单独使用。热水器内但必须是Vitraglas®（伟卓）搪瓷内胆并配置螺纹人工清洗孔。内胆应该配置突出型镁阳极棒，安装在独立的连接口上，并延伸至离内胆底部三英寸（76mm）的地方。热水器绝缘层应该采用无氟泡沫保温材料，厚度最小不得小于3英寸（76mm）。这个热水器应该配置通过ASME（美国机械工程师协会）认证的过热／超压安全法（T&P阀）。所有安装操作必须按照州或当地法规条例的要求进行。为了改善产品性能，我们不断对产品进行改进，因此产品技术规格参数若有变动或更改，恕不另行通知。

Features:

n Electric booster water heaters are highly compact 100% efficient and the most economical means for raising rinse water temperatures to the required 180°F. Minimal storage means instantaneous hot water; intended for water that has been preheated in a primary heater, no temperature lag, no lost time for the heating of storage water, no off-cycle operation to overcome stand-by losses. May be turned on when dishwasher is in use for maximum economy of operation. Designed specifically for under-counter use to save valuable floor space.
Boosters may be under-counter mounted with slide out hangers or free standing on 6" adjustable legs. Electric booster water heaters are available in recoveries to meet the requirements of even the largest commercial dishwashers.

Typical Specification
ELECTRIC BOOSTER WATER HEATER shall be BRADFORD WHITE Model #_______with ______ KW input, _______ volts, _______ phase. Tank construction will be for 150 PSI working pressure. Interior surface will be glass-lined with 3 year limited warranty. Jacket shall be baked enamel finish with a stainless steel front panel. Booster package will include 6" legs for floor mounting. (Slide out mounting bracket for under-counter installation-optional). Control circuit will consist of pilot switch with indicator light and built-in thermostat and hi-limit, magnetic contactors. Heater elements shall be coppersheathed, furnished with 4 bolt flange so they may be easily removed for replacement without disassembly of booster head. Unit will be furnished complete with ASME temperature and pressure relief valve, temperature and pressure gauge. Water Heater to meet fusing requirements of National Electric Code.
