1. Basis of Design Products: Based on the quality and performance requirements of the project, specifications are based solely on the products of Koala Kare Products, a Division of Bobrick, www.koalabear.com. Location of manufacturing shall be the United States.
2. Substitutions: The Architect will consider products of comparable manufacturers as a substitution, pending the contractor's submission of adequate documentation of the substitution in accordance with procedures in Division 1 of the Project Manual. Documentation shall include a list of five similar projects of equivalent size where products have been installed for a minimum of two years, and manufacturer's certification that products are fabricated in the United States.

   2. Material, Finish: Type 304 brushed stainless steel finish.
   3. Features: Supplied with one key that is keyed alike to Bobrick Washroom Accessories.
   4. Mounting: Fastened through side of units.
   5. Capacity: Approximately 100 sanitary liners.
   6. Fasteners: Suitable for substrate, provided by installer.
2. Sanitary Liner Refills:
   1. Basis of Design: Model KB150-99 as manufactured by Koala Kare Products, a Division of Bobrick; for use with all Koala Baby Changing Station designs.
   2. Liners: 3-ply, chemical-free, biodegradable, 13 inch x 19 inch sanitary liners.
   3. Quantity Per Refill Case: 500.
   4. Quantity Required: One case.

2.7 DIAPER DISPENSERS

1. Diaper Dispensers:
   1. Basis of Design: Model KB143-SS as manufactured by Koala Kare Products, a Division of Bobrick.
   2. Material, Finish: Type 304 stainless steel, brushed finish.
   3. Capacity: 24-diaper pack capacity.
   4. Operation: Factory set to vend at $1.00. Coin mechanism is adjustable from 50 cents to $3.00 and is adjustable in the field. Mechanism only accepts 25 cent coins (quarters). Automatic empty device causes coin mechanism to reject coins when vender is empty.
   5. Standard Mounting: Hung on keyhole shaped mounting holes, use washers under heads of fasteners.
   6. Custom Mounting: As indicated on instructions.
   7. Mounting Kit for Recessed Installations: Trim Kit, Model KB144-99 as manufactured by Koala Kare Products, a Division of Bobrick; with #6 x 1/4 inch self tapping screws.
