Sample Emgineering Specification

　　所有执行机构球阀应该是PVC或CPVC材料结构并且直接安装电动执行器。阀门应该是紧凑型密封装置类型，压力额定值为235 psi @ 23^oC（对于法兰连接的阀门是150 psi），配置PTFE材质阀座，Safe-T-Shear®阀杆，EPDM或Viton®材质O形环，连接端口为承插，螺纹或法兰。执行器应该是直接安装，配置无刷、单向¹/₄转电机，并配置可视开启/关闭位置指示器。执行器外壳应该是抗风雨和耐腐蚀（NEMA 4X），紧固件材质是316不锈钢，并由美国斯毕尔制造公司制造。
　　All actuated ball valves shall be PVC or CPVC construction with direct mount electric actuator. Valve shall be compact sealed unit type, pressure rated to 235 psi @ 73^oF (150 psi for flanged), with PTFE seats, Safe-T-Shear® Stem, EPDM or Viton® O-rings, and socket, threaded or flanged end connections. Actuator shall be direct mount, with brushless non-reversing quarter turn motors and built in visual open/close position indicator. Actuator housing shall be weather proof and corrosion proof (NEMA 4X) with type 316 stainless steel fasteners, as manufactured by Spears® Manufacturing Company.
