Due to continuing unprecedented cost pressures, Bobrick, GAMCO and Koala Kare will implement a price-increase effective 14 March 2022. Contributing factors include:

• 以美国为生产基地的美国制造商所生产的不锈钢产品，受到美国整个行业产能的限制，导致价格大幅上涨；
  USA-based Manufacturers of stainless steel products are subject to industry-wide capacity constraints contributing to significantly higher prices;
• 镍，不锈钢的关键成分，在美国，目前价格上升到10年来的最高点，几乎是2019年美国镍平均价格的两倍；
  Nickel, a key component of stainless steel, is trading at a 10-year high, and nearly double the average 2019 price;
• 美国原材料和劳动力短缺导致了美国所有产品行业的交货延长、通货膨胀和成本上升等压力剧增；
  Raw material and labor shortages have contributed to lead-time extensions and inflationary cost pressure across all business categories;

  Supply and demand for vessels, containers and equipment at global ports and in transportation networks have resulted in unprecedented increases in both inbound and out bound freight.

While Bobrick has initiatives to mitigate the full extent of the cost increases, continued cost pressure makes it difficult for us to absorb these increases going forward, resulting in a price increase. Net prices will increases with the following ranges, depending on SKU and/or product category:

美国保必丽卫生间附件： Bobrick Washroom Accessories:	6-9%
美国刚弧卫生间附件： Gamco Washroom Accessories:	4-6%
婴儿护理台（换尿布台）： Baby Changing Stations:	8-15%
卫生间隔断： Toilet Partitions:	5-8%
最大和强化私密卫生间隔断和隔间： Maximum and Enhanced Privacy Toilet Partitions and Cubicles:	8-11%

Some models with exceptional cost increases will have a price increase greater than the ranges listed above. Please reference our price lists, which will be available on iBob on 28 February, for pricing on specific models. Standard 30-day expiration terms will apply. Orders reflecting former pricing must be received by 13 March 2022.
