The purpose of this policy statement is to prohibit and ensure against slavery and human trafficking in NIBCO’s supply chain.
This policy applies to all NIBCO INC. locations and associates. The prohibitions contained in this policy also apply to all NIBCO suppliers and their representatives.
Any NIBCO associate who has a reasonable suspicion or belief that any NIBCO supplier may be engaging in activity in violation of this policy or the prohibitions contained herein must promptly notify the NIBCO Legal Department of any such suspicion or belief, including all relevant facts, information and/or data supporting such suspicion or belief.
Upon any report of a violation or suspected violation of this policy or the prohibitions contained herein, the NIBCO Legal Department shall conduct an appropriate investigation and make recommendations to the Company’s management personnel regarding necessary action, if any, in order to ensure compliance with this policy.

It is the policy of NIBCO INC. to strictly prohibit the employment or use of slaves, prisoners, or trafficked persons. Further, it is the policy of NIBCO to refuse to do business with suppliers who violate laws and regulations applicable to such suppliers prohibiting the employment or use of slaves, prisoners, or trafficked persons.
