Diagnostic Code Chart

诊断信号灯 DIAGNOSTIC LIGHT	表示出现的故障 INDICATES	纠正措施 CORRECTIVE ACTION*
灯亮 LIGHT ON	正常运转 Normal operation	无 None
灯灭 NO LIGHT	控制板上没有电源，或诊断灯烧坏。 No power to control board or diagnostic light burned out	1. 检查保险丝是否烧断，或断路器是否跳闸。　Check for blown fuses or tripped breaker 2. 用电压表检查控制板上的电压是否正常。　Check power leads on control board with meter for 240 volts 3. 如果电源正常，则请更换控制板。　If power is okay, replace control board
闪烁1下 1 FLASH	电源接通，但内胆没有水。 Power on with no water in tank	加水并重置温度控制系统。请参阅第10页的“重置功能”。 Add water and reset temperature control system. See “Reset Function” on page 10
闪烁2下 2 FLASHES	水温超过最高限制 Water temperature exceeded high limit	1. 确保上部和下部加热元件的观察门和绝缘保温层正确安装。　Make sure upper and lower access doors and insulation are 　　　properly in place 2. 检查加热元件的电路电阻是否为5 - 25 欧姆。　Check element circuits for resistance of 5 - 25 ohms 3. 如果必要的话，更换加热元件，并且重置控制系统。　Replace element if necessary and reset control system
闪烁3下 3 FLASHES	感应器故障 Sensor failure	1. 断开电源　Remove power 2. 检查温度感应器是否断路或短路。　Check temperature sensor for open or shorted circuit 3. 如果没有发现问题，请更换感应器。　If no problem is found, replace sensors
闪烁4下 4 FLASHES	上部加热元件电路故障 Upper element circuit failure	1. 断开电源　Remove power 2. 检查加热元件电路电阻是否为5 - 25欧姆　Check element circuit for resistance of 5 - 25 ohms 3. 检查加热元件和控制板上的电线是否完好　Check wires at element and board for damage 4. 如果仍然闪烁4下，请更换控制板　If this 4 flashes condition continues, replace control board

没有足够的热水 INSUFFICIENT HOT WATER	下部加热元件故障 Defective lower element 温度设置太低 Temperature set too low 内胆内有沉淀物或石灰 Sediment or lime in tank 内浸管故障 Defective Dip Tube 热水器容量太小 Heater too small for job 错误的管道连接 Wrong piping connections 水龙头泄漏 Leaking faucets 浪费热水 Wasted hot water 未保温管道过长 Long runs of exposed pipe 热水管道位于墙外 Hot water piping on outside wall	参阅诊断信号表中的“闪烁5下”有关内容 Refer to “5 Flashes” of Diagnostic Code Chart 将水温设置在所需要的温度 Set temperature to desired setting 排水。决定是否需要进行水净化处理 Drain. Determine if water treatment is needed 更换内浸管 Replace Dip Tube 检查和安装适当的热水器 Check and Install adequate water heater 正确安装管道 Correct piping 维修水龙头 Repair faucets 劝告用户节约热水 Advise customer 对管道进行绝缘保温 Insulate piping 对管道进行绝缘保温 Insulate piping
