3. 本热水器没有按照印刷的“制造商”说明书进行安装、操作和/或维护。
   The water heater is not installed, operated and / or maintained in accordance with the printed Manufacturer's instructions.
4. 本热水器没有始终使用生活用水。
   The water heater is not continuously supplied with potable water.

   The Owner, and not the Manufacturer, nor its representative, will be liable for and will pay for all field charges for labor or other expenses incurred in the removal, repair (except when Manufacturer elects to repair the water heater or component part(s) in accordance with paragraph C-2 or to replace the water heater or any component part(s) claimed to be defective) or any expense incurred by the Owner in order to remedy any defect in the product. Such charges may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

      All freight, shipping and delivery costs incurred in forwarding a new water heater or replacement part(s) to the Owner.

      All costs necessary or incidental for removing the defective water heater or component part(s) and installing a new water heater or component part(s).

      Any material required to complete and / or permits required to install a new heater or replacement part(s).
   4. 将有缺陷的热水器或部件退货到“制造商”或其代表指定地点的所有必然或偶然产生的费用。
      All costs necessary or incidental in returning the defective water heater or component part(s) to a location designated by Manufacturer or its representative.

   Notwithstanding the terms of section D, paragraph 4, subsections (a) and (d) above, if Owner resides in California or Oregon, the Manufacturer or its representative shall be liable for and shall pay for all of the following charges and expenses:

      All freight, shipping and delivery costs incurred in forwarding a new water heater to the Owner during the term of this warranty.

Further, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

　　NOTE: A water heater should be installed in such a manner that, if the tank or any connection thereto should leak, the resulting flow of water will not cause damage to the area in which it is installed. A water heater's temperature and pressure relief valve must be piped to the nearest drain in order to avoid damage in the event the valve is actuated. When the water heater covered by this warranty is used to supply hot water for heating systems, the system(s) must contain only new equipment, including new water piping (non-ferrous). All piping and fittings must be suitable for use with potable water and meet the requirements of local codes.
